And for 2 of these particular 3 videos (the WEBM files), you don't even need VLC. Why? What do you care about the video format as long as you have something that can play it? Get VLC. I would so much more appreciate being able to resume an interrupted download from the point of failure than have to wait even longer for that while you jump through hoops to accommodate YouTube's latest trick that has half the world scurrying to compensate for.Īnd as an aside, I see people on here complaining that WEBM, MKV, ADP, and others just don't work for you. That is a feature I've been waiting patiently for now for the past 2 years, give or take. Do please explain to me, Jerome or Michel, what it is that YouTube has done this time to distract you from providing a feature in VDH that resumes interrupted downloads from the point of failure. Am I leading a charmed life? I honestly don't know what all the fuss is about. I use VDH to download YouTube videos every day or two. It still works fine as far as I can tell. I've seen a lot of folks on this Group lately crying & pulling their hair out about how YouTube has completely screwed up everything. All 3 videos whose URLs you posted, which are the 3 videos that you can see in the attached image were downloading in VDH, did eventually successfully complete downloading. This is on Windows 7 64-bit, Firefox 73.0.1 64-bit, VDH 7.3.7a1 beta (with a license), CoApp 1.3.0.
